  15. PC-OHIO offers free access to members of the Association of Shareware
  16. Professionals as encouragement for the wide distribution of Shareware
  17. and Public Domain software.  You must be a current member of the ASP.

  20. PC-OHIO uses a mail registration system.  Fill out the attached
  21. Registration Form and return it to us if you wish to use PC-OHIO.  You
  22. will be granted 30 minutes per day of connect time for free.  All we ask
  23. in return is that you regularly upload new versions of the software that
  24. you write.

  27. PC-OHIO has 50 rotating phone lines with USR HST Dual Standard V.32bis
  28. modems and Hayes Optima V.FC 288 modems supporting
  29. 2400/9600/14400/16800/19200/21600/24000/26400/28800 bps, so there is no
  30. waiting to log on to the Best BBS in America.  We have 60 486-33 PC's on our
  31. Ethernet Network with 15.0 Gigabytes of disk space on our two 486-33 File
  32. Servers. We have over 100,000 files available for downloading and a very
  33. active group of callers to answer your questions.

  45. In exchange for the use of the PC-OHIO Bulletin Board System, I understand
  46. and agree to the following:
  47.  
  48. 1) That the use of PC-OHIO is a privilege which may be revoked by the
  49. operators of that system at any time for abusive conduct.  Such conduct would
  50. include, but not be limited to, the placing of unlawful information on the
  51. system and the use of obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable language in
  52. either public or private messages.  The staff of PC-OHIO will be the sole
  53. arbiter of what constitutes obscene, abusive or objectionable language.

  55. 2) That PC-OHIO reserves the right to review everything stored in any files
  56. or programs to which users have access and will edit or remove anything
  57. which PC-OHIO, in its sole discretion, believes may be unlawful, obscene,
  58. abusive or otherwise objectionable.

  60. 3) That PC-OHIO does NOT warrant that the functions of this system will meet
  61. any specific requirement you may have; nor that it will be error free or
  62. uninterrupted; nor shall it be liable for any indirect, incidental or
  63. consequential damages (including lost data, information or profits)
  64. sustained or incurred in connection with the use, operation or inability to
  65. use the system.

  67. 4) To abide by such rules and regulations of system usage as may be
  68. promulgated from time to time by the operators of PC-OHIO.

  70. 5) In consideration for the privilege of using PC-OHIO and for having access
  71. to the information contained on it, I hereby release PC-OHIO, its operators,
  72. and any company with which they are affiliated for any and all claims of any
  73. nature arising from my use of PC-OHIO.
